New year, new goals?
I made this fitness/meal tracker page for my sister for her new 2016 goals and for a limited time, I’m offering it for free as a downloadable printable pdf file. (I may list this in my Etsy Store)
This A5 week on 2 pages insert has room to note all your meals, track your exercise plans or log as well as record water intake. A note section on the right hand side has room to write notes about the week, capture goals, record achievements and generally cheer yourself on!
I’ve made it in 3 colours, pick the one that suits your lifestyle, or get all 3!
- Print on A4 paper
- Select double sided (setting: flip/bind on short side)
- Cut paper in half (trim marking included)
- Punch to suit your planner
- Get going!
